The spa in roof (round spa) is only male. Female spa is in the 1st floor. Male spa`s time is am7:00-pm12:00, pm5:00-am2:00. Female spa`s time is am7:00-pm12:00, pm4:00-am2:00. The shower room is available 24hours. Thank you.

Can we check in late at night?

The Front Desk is open form 7:00-24:00 so Check In outside the Business hours is not possible.

Hi. Does the quadruple room come with private bathroom?

We are afraid that we do not have a private bathroom in all rooms. A bathroom, a toilet, and a shower room are shared.

How much is the city tax? And are the any other additional fee?

The tax is included in the price. We do not charge additional fee, but some options require a fee. We sell snacks, razors, detergents, and bath towels at the reception.

We book good for 2, can we add extra bed for the 3rd person thanks

Its is not possible as we have beds only for single person.

Is there any iron in the room? If female room only, can male kids 14 years old entered in the quad room? I mean we 3 female and 1 male kids 14 years old.

There is no iron in the room. Boys are not allowed in women's rooms. So please reserve another room.

Overall okay, but unsatisfactory.

Good location. Spacious. AC unit in the room. Mini fridge in the room. Bathroom and shower right outside the room.

I booked a non-smoking room, but my room had a very strong cigarette smell. I have asthma and allergies.

A good choice for transit travelllers

Excellent location on my way from the Kansai International Airport to Uji with a half-day stop in Osaka: very close to Shin-Imamiya Station Nankai/JR Station and Osaka metro (Dobutsuen-Mae station), close to Tennoji and Shinsekai areas and not far from Namba+Dotonbori areas.

Tiny room, no bath/WC in the room, and noise from the close railway but I knew about it from description and reviews. So I just tried to spend as much time as possible enjoyoing the city.

Convenient, clean and comfortable stay!

Location of the hotel was convenient! Just beside a JR line, and a few minutes walk away to the Metro. Nearby many vending machines, a few convenience stores and local small eateries. The hotel provided local recommendations to attractions and places to grab cheap/late night snacks or food which was helpful. Provided an amenities kit. Lounge available to all residents at the first floor provided free coffee, tea and charging ports. Public amenities were mostly kept clean most of the time.

Door not very soundproof, could occasionally hear people walking past the doors. Most floors have a toilet and shower room to be shared with residents on the same floor, however at popular timings (early mornings/evenings), may have to go to another floor's shower or wait a turn.

- 24/7 showers - beeing near to the station - shopping places near by - warm rooms without the need of the AC in winter

- drunk people sleeping on the floor - nightly cleaning service (you could hear them at 2 am) - the other visitors slamming doors - lifts smells like cigarettes all the time

Good choice in Osaka

The location is good and very easy to catch the train. Minimarts are close and diverse. There is a common bathroom which is not so busy. The common area is well furnished with all you need microwave, ice, chopsticks, and coffee. This is the second time that I have stayed with this hotel. The hotel also provides a key drop box since I have to leave in the early morning for the airport.

The room and corridor smell not so good. Elevators are crowded during prime time. The blanket is not comfy.

attractive price at a no frills hotel

This is a no frills hotel, situated in a central location in Osaka with a very attractive room rate on weekends. If you are going out to party in the south of Osaka, this is ideal.

Location to the station was excellent and really great location for food and shopping. The public bath was always clean. There were always workers cleaning around the hotel at all hours. Never had an issue finding someone for help.

We had smoke-free rooms but you can smell it everywhere in the elevator. We had to keep the AC on to sleep and breath comfortably. We needed to pay for body towels that were still quite small.

Decent hotel with late check in

Close to station, I only stayed there for quick sleep after my flight. My flight was landing 21:30, this place has check in till midnight, so I picked it only because other similarly priced options had check in till 22 or something. Pleasant enough, I slept well.

Very good no regrets and be back!

Very clean room with AC, shared bathrooms are very clean. Next to the Osaka loop so very well connected and easy to access coming from and too the airport. Staff very nice and helpful. Checked out at 10am and returned at 18hrs to pick up my luggage and staff let me take a shower what really made a difference, prior my flight back to Europe.

Rooms needed a bit more of ventilation/oxygen but not stuffy and no weird smells.

Decent hotel with great locations and price, although not enough showers and too much noise at times

The location is very near to Shin-imamiya station and a popular tourist spot, many convenience store near the area too. The price is great when you travel alone and want to save money. The room is clean and air conditioned, the staff is also nice although most don't speak English fluently but that's understandable in Japan.

The most important downside of this hotel is the number of shared shower, there is only one shower per floor except for the 7th floor which has none. The room is may be too small for more than one person. If you get easily distracted by noise (train, cars, etc.) then maybe this hotel is not for you, although they kindly provided free earplugs if you need them.
